Our firm is looking for a Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, as well as experience with document review and preparation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Research legal documents and precedents.
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
- Organize and maintain case files and other legal documents.
- Draft correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
